1. The baseline
- Share only material you have a right to use.
- Respect consent, privacy, safety and the audience you selected.
- Do not target a person because of who they are or how they look.
- Do not use fashion, beauty or body content to shame or endanger people.
- Do not manipulate systems, purchases, metrics or other users.
- Follow the law and the Terms of Use.
2. Child safety: zero tolerance
Never create, request, possess, share, promote or link to child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or instructions that facilitate child exploitation. This includes realistic, edited, animated and AI-generated material.
Do not ask a minor for sexual content, move a child toward secret sexual communication, misrepresent your age to access a child, or use gifts, money or threats to obtain content. Styvi may remove content, preserve evidence, disable accounts and report apparent child exploitation to competent authorities or child-safety bodies where required.
Report child-safety concerns in-app and to samuel.kubinec@icloud.com with the subject “Child safety”. Do not download or redistribute suspected illegal material to make a report; provide the content location and context.
3. Sexual exploitation and intimate content
A person depicted in intimate content can send a removal request to samuel.kubinec@icloud.com with the subject “Intimate image removal”, identify the exact content, state that publication was not consented to, and provide the information legally required to assess the request. Valid requests are handled within the period required by applicable law.
- No non-consensual intimate imagery, including real, edited, deepfake or AI-generated content.
- No threats to publish intimate content, voyeurism, hidden-camera material, sexual extortion or exploitation.
- No prostitution, trafficking, grooming, sexual services involving coercion, or content whose primary purpose is pornography.
- No sexual content involving a person who cannot or did not consent.
4. Violence, extremism and dangerous conduct
- No credible threats, incitement, instructions to commit violent harm, celebration of real victims or targeted intimidation.
- No recruitment, praise, propaganda or operational support for terrorism or violent extremism.
- No trafficking, weapons misuse, dangerous-drug sales or instructions that materially facilitate serious crime.
- Graphic material may be limited or removed, especially when shared to shock, glorify or target someone.
5. Self-harm, eating disorders and body safety
If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person who can act. A Styvi report is not an emergency response.
- Do not encourage, instruct, glorify or challenge someone to self-harm or suicide.
- Do not promote dangerous starvation, purging, eating-disorder methods or body-checking intended to trigger harm.
- Do not shame weight, disability, scars, skin, gender expression or another person's body.
- Supportive recovery discussion and help-seeking are allowed when they do not include harmful instructions or targeting.
6. Hate, harassment and bullying
- No attacks, dehumanization, exclusion or calls for harm based on protected characteristics.
- No repeated unwanted contact, stalking, sexual harassment, mob harassment or coordinated humiliation.
- No threats to expose private information, malicious body shaming or content created mainly to ridicule a person.
- Criticism of ideas, products, public conduct and style is allowed when it does not become targeted abuse or unlawful hate.
7. Privacy, doxxing and location
- Do not publish private addresses, precise location, credentials, identity documents, financial details, medical records or private communications without a lawful basis and permission.
- Do not use live location, posts or message metadata to stalk, monitor, intimidate or endanger anyone.
- Do not impersonate another person or create deceptive accounts that could cause harm.
- If someone appears in your content, respect their reasonable privacy and removal requests.
8. Authenticity, scams and platform manipulation
- No phishing, malware, advance-fee scams, fraudulent sales, fake support, romance scams or deceptive payment requests.
- No spam, mass unsolicited messages, engagement farms, fake reviews, purchased followers or coordinated metric manipulation.
- No automation that scrapes private data, evades rate limits, creates accounts in bulk or defeats safety controls.
- Parody and fan accounts must be clear enough not to mislead a reasonable person.
- Disclose materially altered or AI-generated media when omission would likely deceive people about a real event or person.
9. Regulated goods, services, gifts and money
- No illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, stolen goods, counterfeit documents, sexual services, gambling schemes or other prohibited trade.
- If otherwise permitted content shows vaping or smoking, an e-cigarette, tobacco, nicotine, alcohol or another age-restricted product, identify that clearly in the caption. Disclosure does not make prohibited sales, promotion or instructions allowed.
- Styvi may label or remove undisclosed regulated content, limit its reach or restrict account features. Repeated attempts to hide regulated products from captions can lead to suspension.
- Do not use gifts or creator tools to purchase attention, pressure a person, launder value or obtain sexual content.
- Do not claim a Styvi coin or gift is cash, an investment, a charitable donation or guaranteed creator income unless an approved program explicitly says so.
- External product links must not deliberately misrepresent price, authenticity, availability or affiliation.
10. Copyright, music and brands
Send a specific rights notice to samuel.kubinec@icloud.com with the subject “Copyright notice”. Include the protected work, exact Styvi location, your authority, contact details and a good-faith explanation.
- Upload only content you created, licensed or may lawfully use.
- Having access to a track on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube or another service does not grant the rights needed to add it to a Styvi video.
- Do not sell counterfeits, impersonate a brand or remove required attribution.
- Lawful quotation, criticism, review, caricature, parody and pastiche can be allowed depending on context and law.
11. Messaging and consent
- Respect message requests, blocks, restrictions and a person's decision not to engage.
- No unsolicited sexual material, threats, grooming, repeated commercial spam or requests for credentials or off-platform payment.
- Do not evade a block through another account.
- Do not assume a disappearing Snip or message cannot be captured by the recipient.
12. Age-appropriate use
Styvi accounts currently require the minimum age stated in the Terms, configured as 18. Never help a younger user bypass an age or safety control.
We may apply safer defaults, communication limits, restricted recommendations, purchase protections and age-based feature limits. Adults must not use uncertainty about a young person's age as an excuse for risky contact.
13. How to report
We may acknowledge a report, request clarification and communicate an outcome where appropriate. Privacy, safety and law can limit what we disclose about another account.
- Use the report control next to the content, account or conversation when it is available.
- Use Block for immediate control over supported interactions; reporting and blocking are separate actions.
- For a Community Guidelines report by email, write to samuel.kubinec@icloud.com with the subject “Community report” and include the username, content link or ID, reason and relevant context.
- For a legal notice, write to samuel.kubinec@icloud.com with the subject “Illegal content notice” and include the exact location, legal reason, facts, contact information where permitted and a good-faith statement.
- Do not submit false reports to silence criticism or harass another person.
14. Enforcement and appeals
Styvi considers severity, intent, context, audience, harm, account history, age, credible remediation and legal duties. Possible action includes no action, a warning, label, reduced visibility, recommendation exclusion, age restriction, feature limit, removal, temporary suspension or termination.
Current feature restrictions can be imposed for 14, 30 or 90 days depending on the enforcement decision. When an appeal is offered, the current appeal window is normally seven days; the notice shown for the specific decision controls.
Automation may help detect or prioritize material, but significant errors should be reviewable by a person where required. When a reason notice or appeal is available, follow its instructions. Otherwise email the public contact with the subject “Appeal”, identify the decision and explain why it should change.
Severe child exploitation, credible threats, coordinated abuse, fraud or security attacks may lead to immediate action and evidence preservation. Repeat violations or attempts to evade enforcement increase the consequence.
15. Contact and updates
Questions about these Guidelines can be sent to samuel.kubinec@icloud.com. We will update the version and effective date when the rules materially change.
