1. Public support contact
Email privacy@styvi.cc or call +421951818608. Email is the preferred channel because it creates a written record and lets you include the relevant Styvi username, content URL or transaction reference.
Never send your password, one-time authentication code, recovery key, full payment-card number or an unrequested identity document.

2. Put the right subject in your email
| Issue | Suggested subject | Useful details |
|---|---|---|
| Account access or security | Account security | Username, account email, device/platform and what happened. Do not send credentials. |
| Dangerous, abusive or illegal content | Community report or Illegal content notice | Exact content/account location, reason, context and whether anyone is in immediate danger. |
| Child-safety concern | Child safety | Content location and context only. Do not download or redistribute suspected illegal material. |
| Privacy or data request | Privacy request | The right you want to exercise and the account concerned. |
| Delete an account | Account deletion | Send from the account email and include the username if known. |
| Purchase, refund or entitlement | Purchase support | Platform, product, date and store transaction identifier; never a full card number. |
| Copyright or brand rights | Copyright notice | Protected work, exact Styvi location, your authority and a good-faith explanation. |
| Suspected unauthorized re-upload | Re-uploaded content | Exact Styvi location, original publication if known and why you suspect copying. A rights holder can provide ownership or authority evidence; anyone can report a concern. |
| Non-consensual intimate image or sexual deepfake | Intimate image removal | The depicted person or authorized representative: identify the exact content, provide contact details, a good-faith statement of non-consent and a physical or electronic signature. Copyright ownership is not required. Do not attach the intimate image or suspected child sexual abuse material. |
2a. Intimate images and sexual deepfakes
If an intimate image of you was shared without your consent, you or your authorized representative can email privacy@styvi.cc with the subject “Intimate image removal”. Identify the exact Styvi content or account location, provide a contact method, state in good faith that the publication was not authorized, and sign the request physically or electronically. You do not need to own the recording's copyright. Do not attach another copy of the image or suspected child sexual abuse material.
Where the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act applies, qualifying content must be removed as soon as possible and within 48 hours after a valid request, with reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies. Shorter local legal deadlines take priority. A copyright dispute or the ordinary seven-day in-app appeal window does not suspend these urgent duties.
Use the same public email contact if the app's report control is unavailable or you do not have a Styvi account. For immediate danger contact local emergency services. A safety report is separate from a request to delete your own account.
3. Device-approval sign-in error codes
Use the exact error code shown on the sign-in page. If you contact support, include that code and the separate support reference, plus your browser and device type. Never include a password, passkey, authenticator code, backup code or approval number.
| Error code | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| STYVI-AUTH-2101 | Device approval is not active for this account. | Choose another active verification method. After signing in, enable device approval from a trusted device. Contact account-access support if no other method is available. |
| STYVI-AUTH-2102 | No eligible signed-in trusted device can receive this approval. | Open Styvi on a trusted signed-in phone or tablet, connect it to the internet and allow Styvi notifications, then start a new approval. Otherwise choose another active method. |
| STYVI-AUTH-2103 | The approval request is invalid, expired or no longer exists. | Return to verification methods and create a new request. Ignore and reject any older Styvi approval notification. |
| STYVI-AUTH-2104 | The approval changed state before the web sign-in could finish. | Return to verification methods and start one new request. If a device denied a sign-in you did not start, change your password and review signed-in sessions. |
| STYVI-AUTH-2105 | The protected sign-in session expired or lost its secure binding. | Return to sign in and authenticate again in the same browser. Do not reuse an old approval page or notification. |
| STYVI-AUTH-2106 | A required verification service is temporarily unavailable. | Check your connection and retry once after a few minutes. If it persists, send support the error code and support reference. |
| STYVI-AUTH-2107 | Too many verification attempts were made in a short period. | Stop retrying and wait for the displayed cooldown to end. If you did not make the attempts, secure the account from an already signed-in device. |
| STYVI-AUTH-2108 | Styvi is in a scheduled Maintenance Break. | Wait until the maintenance notice ends, then begin a new sign-in. Do not repeatedly submit the same approval. |
| STYVI-AUTH-2109 | The browser could not pass the protected request or session check. | Confirm you are on the official HTTPS Styvi site, keep cookies enabled, and restart sign-in in one tab of the same browser. If it repeats, send support the browser, operating system, code and support reference. |
| STYVI-AUTH-2199 | Styvi stopped an unclassified device-approval failure without exposing internal details. | Do not keep retrying. Choose another active verification method or contact support with the code and support reference. |
4. Urgent safety
Styvi is not an emergency service. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the local emergency services first. Then report the Styvi account, content or conversation so available evidence can be preserved and platform action assessed.
A report and a block are separate actions. Use Block for immediate control over supported interactions and submit a report when review is needed.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Apple and Google control store payment methods, subscription cancellation and some refund decisions. Styvi can investigate an entitlement or delivery problem when you provide the platform and transaction identifier.
Deleting a Styvi account does not itself cancel a store subscription. Cancel it through the store account that purchased it.
6. Privacy and account deletion
The Privacy Policy explains what Styvi processes, the present retention criteria, service providers, international transfers and your rights. The account-deletion page gives both the in-app route and a public email fallback.
7. Support availability
No guaranteed response time is published yet. Requests are prioritized by immediate safety, child protection, account compromise, legal deadlines, privacy rights and purchase impact. Applicable statutory deadlines still apply even when no shorter support target is stated.
Styvi is currently a pre-release project operated by Samuel Kubinec as an individual. The service contact address is Bertotovce 168, Slovakia. No registered company, sole-trader details, company or tax identifier, or register entry has been supplied for Styvi. The operator's business and tax status and any legally required commercial disclosures must be completed before a commercial public launch.
